Description

This catalogue accompanies an exhibition that has been on display at the Loris Malaguzzi International Centre since 2015 and is now touring other countries. Its purpose is to imagine a form of digital poetics: to investigate how new media engage both children and adults, how they help generate meaning, and how they transform communication and the exchange of knowledge. In doing so, the project fashions metaphors, utopias and visions of possible futures. Children, in particular, venture boldly into the unforeseen multiplicity of the world, navigating its ever-changing and surprising complexities—whether in their encounters with living beings, in the construction of digital landscapes, or in the discovery of unexpected phenomena.
